SAI Anime Eye Tutorial

This is basically another tutorial i made on how to color in eyes....

I titled it "draw eyes" but it's more for coloring so sorry i made mistake.

While i do believe in using tutorials as a guide for coloring styles, i strongly recommend that you practice experimenting with different layers and colors and tools to see what you come up with ^^
